A good learning experience (#EPA 1)

A good learning experience for me was a workshop about competent intercultural communication at the University of Hamburg.  16 students took part in the course, which was led by two teachers. We learned about the linguistic definition of "communication", shared intercultural experiences and reflected about communicative misunderstandings in an intercultural context. The atmosphere was very friendly, both between teachers und students and between the students themselves. The teachers were a good team, too. They used interactive and communicative methods, games and role plays.

The workshop was in 2018, but it is still in my mind. Still today I use methods from this workshop and the knowledge I got there often helps me in intercultural and communicative situations. It shows, that good learning never ends, when the course is finished. It goes with you all your life.
